Only the client and technician are allowed in the studio during the procedure. If a translator is required, they are welcome to assist during the consultation/mock-up portion of the appointment, but must leave the studio once the procedure begins. Children and pets are not allowed in the studio at any time. If you arrive with children or pets, you will be required to reschedule and pay an additional booking fee.
Due to the large amount of time that is blocked off for your appointment, at least 72 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Less than 72 hours notice will forfeit their booking fee. No shows will forfeit their booking fee and be required to pre pay for any future appointments. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. If I am able to fill your spot, I will be happy to transfer your booking fee to a new date.
To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is due at the time the appointment is made. This fee will be applied to the procedure cost. This fee is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a new date if request is received at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments may only be rescheduled one time.
Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late for their appointment will be considered a no-show and forfeit the booking fee so as not to affect clients booked later in the day. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late.
I do not have a separate waiting room, so please do not arrive early to your appointment. The studio door will be locked.
